At DC Rentals, we strive to give you an unparalleled event experience, going beyond your equipment just working.  Our team takes great care in working with you to understand the details of your event and ensuring that you’re going to have event-wide coverage to make your event run seamlessly and efficiently.  With almost 30 years of RF and event industry experience, we’re experienced in tackling issues that may compromise the reliability of your equipment during an event. 

The DC Team is also meticulous about cleaning our equipment.  As a part of our comprehensive quality standards, we make sure that all equipment (including accessories) is cleaned or replaced after each rental.  Maintaining the integrity of our rental fleet as well as our equipment testing procedures allows us to ensure that we’re providing you equipment at the highest level.    

We also believe that reliability extends to the communications provider, not just the equipment.  If you have any questions about the equipment your event needs, one of our staff members can help you find the right solution for your event.  If you have any issues during your event, all of our radios are engraved with a 1-800 number that you can call for assistance.  We also offer on-site technical support, as well as distribution/collection services for communications equipment.
